Photo Enhancer Pro provides AI-powered image enhancement tools. Users can upload images to be processed by our AI algorithms to improve quality, resolution, or clarity.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem.io provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Secure payment processing is provided by Creem.io. We do not store your financial data.

4. User Conduct and Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary license to process and display them for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Creem.io's refund policy and our internal guidelines. Generally, if you are not satisfied with the result due to technical errors, please contact us. Refund requests may be directed to Creem.io or our support team at support@photoenhancer.pro.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo Enhancer Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
